I saw the title of this blog post from Oracle Fox and I clicked straight away, everything to do with Erin Wasson makes me happy – I love her – and the fact that you could get a sneak into how she designed her interiors made me even more happy!

Blogging has definitely been put to one side this week because I’ve been sunning it up in Cannes with my boyfriend! Staying right on the beach front was amazing, I got to watch all the beautiful people in Cannes as well as look into all the designer stores, on a daily basis! Anyway, now I’m back for a week until I go to Mallorca – it’s a hard life – and I’ve seen this Resort collection by MMM… I am beyond excited for the collaboration with H&M later this year, I adore this brand’s attitude towards style.
In particular I love MMM’s design and styling – mixing masculine tailoring with feminine silhouettes in very simple colour-ways. Its simple and not fussy, which is ultimately my kind of styling.

Last week I was lucky enough to be invited by my sister (South Molton St Style) to the Selfridges roof terrace for the Bestival event for Josie da Banks release of the exclusive (and beautiful) picnic hamper she has designed for the festival. Click here to see footage filmed by Selfridges for the event (including the funniest act called The Cuban Brothers). Hilarious! We had an amazing time, chatting to other bloggers and met the lovely Lasharna from super cool blog Lookhit.com.
Selfridges rooftop is open to everyone normally, where you can have tea and play golf! Its such an amazing location, and is so unique in what it offers. We drank pimms, listened to music and had a nose at other peoples personal rooftops – who knew there were so many in London? Thoroughly recommend going there, I’m going back to play golf!

The utility/military jacket, new to most peoples wardrobe this Summer. What with the crazy London weather that means having a jacket handy is just good sense mixed with Isabel Marant sending the models down the Spring 12 catwalk, means that most Women are lusting after them right now.

I bought this one from Zara a while back, which has a great leather sleeves as a contrast to the khaki jacket.
Since then, I have seen these utility jackets popping up everywhere. My sister, writer of South Molton St Style, has been doing lots of Essential posts and has recently done an amazing one here on utility jackets. I have found loads of street style pictures on Pinterest that gave me the inspiration to buy the one below:
